My Sophomore

Ali is now a sophomore, she took drivers ed this summer and has her permit, she will be able to drive in February.  She is enjoying school so far.

My 6th Grader

Kynedy started Middle School this year and so far really likes it.  She made the JV Volleyball team out of 66 6th, 7th and 8th graders. We are all so proud of her!!

North Soccer has Begun

Ali has played two games so far and won both. They beat Owen Valley 9 to 0 and Bloomington North 3 to 2.  Looking forward to a great year.

Last days of summer

I took the week before school started off to get 4 kids ready for school.  I had a bit of extra time so me and this beautiful young lady stopped off at the park to get a few pictures and spend some time together. It was a beautiful day and I got some great pictures of Kynedy!

 

 

Happy 16th Birthday Ali

Ali turned 16 in August and went to her first concert.  She and Nikki went to see Lil Wayne, 2 Chainz and TI.  Shari and I spent an evening shopping in Noblesville.  It was a nice break after my crazy summer. Ali also completed drivers ed this summer and will be ready to drive in February.

 

North Soccer

Soccer has started, this is a scrimmage between girls soccer team.

Roger and I worked the Brickyard again this year.

Police Academy

Kynedy attended Police Academy this summer and loved it.  They had a great closing ceremony and she received a medal and certificate.  She made many new friends but got really attached to Officer Richardson.  Here are photos of the ceremony.

 

Gone so long...

It has been a very long and eventful summer for us, sure can't wait for it to be over.  After my mom fell in June August came along and my older sister passed away unexpectedly which added a bit to my agenda.  So far things are fine, mom is recovering well and should be home within in a few weeks, the kids are adjusting and doing very well dealing with all of the events that happened this summer.  I have tons of photos to post and a little about our summer.  It really does not feel like we had a summer.
