Tuesday with AJ

I picked AJ up after work so I could spend the evening with him.   We had a great time playing outside, eating hamburgers, chocolate eggs and of course a coke slushy. I LOVE evenings with him, I am tired today but it was so worth it.  Looking forward to the long holiday weekend and celebrating Kynedy who will turn 19 Sunday.  Then prepping for the fun weekend away to follow.

I bought a couple of plants from the Honey Creek Garden club and they came with their own fungus, this is a before photo.

Happiness

This little guy makes me so happy, he is busy, silly, loving, happy and crazy all in one, and I LOVE it!  I love watching him grow and learn and become a little person with his own feelings and aspirations!  Time goes way too fast...grandchildren are the best!

Wisdom = Beauty

 Let's take a walk in my yard and remind everyone that BEAUTY comes from within, it is not just what is outside.  Our uniqueness is what makes us who we are.  

Talk up the loved ones in your life, make them feel special for who they are, not who you want them to be.  Even the flowers below have their own distinct character, look carefully as they are all beautiful even with flaws. 

This is a bubble flower, I bought it last year to see if it would flourish in my flower garden.  It is doing ok, I noticed it has holes in the leaves like something is eating it, but it has blooms!! I can't wait for it to bloom. I planted a purple and a white one and I have no clue which one this is....stay tuned.

Yesterday was cool, it was a nice change from the hot weather. 

 There is a cat hiding in the picture below....I have no clue how this cat does this, he has no front or back claws.  

He is such a handsome man.
