I am glad it is Friday; it has been one of those weeks! Ali took her Teas test Monday to finish her journey to RN. Right in the middle of the timed test, our power went out!! Poor girl she had to call and make arrangements to get to Union and finish her test. She did it and passed the test, so now starts her journey!
In regular fashion, I woke up Wednesday morning to another huge branch crushing my car lol. Honestly, this was the 6th time it has been hit by a branch lol. There is no where I can park around my house that there isn't a tree, and I mean huge trees! These limbs fall from the very top of the tree and hit my car like a spear. So now I have a rental and my car is at the shop to be repaired.
Of course, we were scheduled to be in Indy the next day for AJ, after switching cars up and heading to Indy in horrible fog, we got caught in traffic and AJ was too late for his appointment. So, we planned breakfast and took AJ to have some fun. Well.......on the way home Ali and I got talking and somehow, we ran out of gas lmao....3 miles until our exit on 70. This was a first for me, Roger came to the rescue with gas, and we finally made it home. What an adventure, I swear every time we head out of town, we have an interesting time LOL. I can't wait to see how our next adventure plays out! lol.
