Santa

AJ visited Santa on Sunday...and lets just say it was not his favorite!!
The pictures say it all.  He did get a book and made a candy cane ornament.

Days with AJ - Gingerbread Fun

Sunday AJ and Ali came over to work on their gingerbread house.
Ali did most of the work. AJ supervised while having a snack!
The house turned out adorable!!

Department Christmas Party

This year we decorated ceramic trees and ordered in food for our department get together.  The trees were tons of fun to paint, it didn't take very long and I am so in love with mine!!  We had a bigger department party at the Red Barn during an evening later in the week also.

I am so happy with how my tree turned out, it brings back such good memories of when I made one as a kid with my mother and sisters.

House of the Christmas Mouse

I was so excited to take AJ to the House of the Christmas Mouse. It was a tradition for my girls every year and they absolutely loved it. AJ was still a bit small but enjoyed the event. He made an ornament and a cookie and loved watching all the kids jump in the bounce house, I can't wait for him to be able to bounce next year. He wasn't into the Mouse LOL.

Cutest Little Mouse EVER!!

Oh my it is December already....

I can't believe it is almost Christmas already!! It has been a very busy month for our family. The first weekend the girls and I went on our annual shopping trip to Perry's Crossing.  We always have a great time and it is always an adventure. We started out around 11 am and did not arrive home until 11 pm.  We laughed, fought the crowds, drank coffee and left with lots of goodies but not before we stopped by Red Robin for a great dinner.  I am the luckiest Mom ever, my girls have grown up to be kind, loving, understanding and all around awesome young ladies!!

I am looking forward to my 17 days off during Christmas break, I plan to do some work around the house but most of all I can't wait to just relax.  I have lots of pictures to post from our December activities. I hope you have a wonderful Holiday!

Thankful and Blessed

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. Ours went very well, great food and family time!! My nephew Christian made dinner for all of us on Thanksgiving, it was a good time and very delicious.  The girls and I went out later that evening and did some Christmas shopping and of course had a late dinner at I-Hop.  I am so blessed with my girls, we always have a great time and make great memories.  I then volunteered to take AJ home with me instead of going out early Friday morning with the girls.  He and I got to cuddle instead of going out in the cold, it was a good deal for me. We had our Thanksgiving with Roger's family Saturday after at Tracy's.  We all had a good time and went home very full.  I didn't get any photos this year, just way too busy enjoying AJ experiencing everything for the first time.  There is nothing like it, my heart is so full!! Christmas is going to be so much fun with the little guy, I just can't wait.

Busy Busy Boy!!

This takes me back to when my girls were small, they loved a day spent raking and playing in the leaves.  AJ sure enjoyed it but it was too cold to stay out long.  I could barely get him to slow done for a photo.

Colorful Leaves and Mr. Gray

Just a few photos of the fall leaves in my yard and our newest stray cat Mr. Gray.

Photos of AJ

Just a bunch of adorable photos of sweet AJ. He is growing so fast, he LOVES music and can't help but dance away to it, he has the biggest smile, loves laughing at himself, has learned many sounds, gives huge kisses now, loves to cuddle and is an absolute joy to be around.
