Mushrooms

We had a great weekend, spending time with family and working on our remodeling, it is a mess but coming along everyday! The weather was rainy and cold so we didn't get much done outside.  Roger found two of the mushrooms looking out our kitchen window, I found the other. I use to look for hours in the woods when I was a child, it is hard to believe these just pop up in our yard.

EASTER

We spent Easter at home this year!
This is Kynedy's gift, I loved the colors of her gift bag!!
She spent the morning with us, having breakfast and opening her Easter bag!
She got a back pack and a bracelet, and some goodies! She is growing up so fast, I am taking every opportunity to spend time with her. She is such a sweet young lady!
AJ's Easter basket. He is a bit spoiled although he would have been fine playing with the tissue paper!
I love the look on his face in this photo!
He is such a happy little guy!
Having some Goldfish!
He loves the tissue paper!
Getting ready to hunt for Easter eggs
He is so excited
I LOVE this photo.  You can see the excitement in his eyes!
Walking with Grandpa
He loves his slide.
My two gorgeous girls. I can't begin to tell you how blessed I am that they are mine.
I love them more than all the fish in the sea.

Feline Friends

Just a few photos of our cats!

Archie sleeping very weird! Looks like he was having a rough day.
My big boy Leo!
And of course Princess Sophia!
Cheeto must have been busy this day!

Life at the Moment

We have had some gorgeous spring weather.  I have been able to get out and enjoy it, I love to walk this time of the year to watch how nature changes so fast!

This photo was taken at Deming park at sunset.
These are some beautiful daffodils on Rose-Hulman's campus
I have had some extra time to work on my kindness rocks,
I have also found a few this year.
The perimeter road on Rose-Hulman's campus.
Roger has been busy replacing old plaster with drywall.
It is a mess but will be beautiful when finished.
Old houses are very interesting, the brick is the chimney
and I think there is a some concrete mixed in.
You never know what you will find.
Cupcakes for Easter
We celebrated at home this year, Kynedy spent the morning with us and Ali, Ashton and AJ spent the afternoon eating and hunting eggs!  AJ liked to throw the eggs in the bag but was having too much fun running in the yard and sliding with Grandpa.
Roger and I made pulled BBQ beef sandwiches, it was delicious!
Some more rocks I painted!
