Weekend with Girlfriends - Billi Turns 50

The past weekend was full of fun and great memories. This group of women are some of the BEST! No talking about anyone, no complaining, just fun stories and support for one another...I sure consider myself lucky! We kicked off the weekend with dinner catered by Piloni's and delicious cake, cookies and a few drinks. We stayed at the Casa Urbana, it is the whole top floor of the Ohio Building, 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, with access to the rooftop seating area. It is beautiful and I loved all of the history.  We finished Friday off with a surprise visit from Billi's 2 sisters from South Bend.

Saturday we walked to Sonka's for lunch and made it on the local news station!  We watched the annual St. Patrick's parade, headed back to the Ohio Building where we learned how to make candles from Jenn Kersey who owns Rusted Root boutique. We finished off the evening walking to stables and having a wonderful dinner and lots of fun stories!
Tons of photos!

We had plenty of snacks and drinks

I love this sweet lady so much!

SURPRISE!  She had no idea what the plans were, she packed for two weeks, and Isaac was such a huge help pulling this off.

Billi's new shoes, every 50 year old needs Velcro shoes

SURPRISE, two of Billi's sisters were able to come spend the weekend with us, her other sister was in Florida.  Billi just found out she had 3 other sisters a year ago.  They were a ton of fun!!!

Traci...one of my favorite ladies ever!

I think this is an old Goodie Shop uniform that use to be located in the building years ago, I actually worked there in high school.
