Christmas Baking Day

Sunday, we spent baking Christmas goodies!  I LOVE having the girls at the house, they have so much fun with each other.  AJ hung out and played games with Grandpop!

AJ's First Basketball Game

Oh, what a busy, crazy, fun weekend all in one!  AJ played his first basketball game Saturday, it was so adorable to watch, he did an awesome job and boy he sure can run fast! After AJ's game Roger and I ran to pick mom up from the hospital, thank goodness for Roger's help or I would not have been able to get her home, she is at home but with a catheter for now. AJ stayed all night Saturday and Ali, and I made some Christmas treats.  Sunday Ali and Kynedy spent the day making Christmas goodies, while AJ hung out and I ran to check on mom while Christian worked.

Ready For Break

 It has been a very eventful week for me! 6 more days until break, and I am so ready!!  Monday started out with mom and Roger not feeling good, by that evening my mom was in the ER very sick with horrible hallucinations.  It wasn't until the next evening that they moved her to a room, she is on the mend but had a very rough time for a few days.

Girl's Shopping Trip

Saturday was our annual Christmas shopping trip to Perry's Crossing.  As usual, we had a wonderful time, shopping, eating, and laughing way too hard!  We had lunch at Bru Burger this year, the food and service were amazing! I completed almost all of my shopping, we planned a game/party night at the house for Christmas, and our Christmas mid-morning get together!  This year has been so much better for us all, we missed many festivities last year with all of the health issues, we plan to make up for them this year!

I know I say this many times, but I have the BEST daughters! I am so ready for a couple of weeks off, relaxing and spending time with my family! And of course, spoiling my sweet little AJ!  

 

AJ's Christmas Party

I was able to attend AJ's Christmas celebration at school.  He made an ornament, sang a few Christmas songs, had a snack and took pictures.  I sure like this whole Grandmom thing!

Christmas Mouse House

AJ was feeling better on Sunday, so Ali and I took him to the Mouse House!  He had such a great time making cookies, listening to the talking Christmas tree and he made a beautiful ornament.  He also became brave enough to go down the big blow-up slide!   I love making memories with him!
