Almost Spring

I am enjoying the pleasant weather this week, the students are on quarter break so I have had time to get a little caught up.  I leave early today and have tomorrow off, to do whatever I want! 

We spring forward this weekend so the view will be different on Monday when head to work.  I stopped by Hawthorn park to capture the lake this morning. The spring peepers were really loud this morning, which made me happy!

Aj and Ali came by last night and all AJ wanted was to have his Pop Pop watch youtube with him, it was really sweet!

Perfect Day

I had to schedule a couple vacation days this week, I am maxed out on my vacation days and don't want to lose hours.  I planned a shopping day with Kynedy, she was busy early looking for a car, so I talked my mom and Christian into meeting me for coffee at Little Bear. I haven't been out to coffee with my mom since she fell in 2013, It made me so happy!  She deserves the world!!  They both loved it, and I loved the company.  Kynedy and I got lots of shopping done for her party now to make everything.    

Sweet Lydia...her family owns the coffee shop and she is one of Ali's best friends!  

Friends

While having coffee with Kynedy I ran into a friend from middle school.  It was so nice catching up with her.  

Three Day Weekend

I had an awesome weekend!!  Friday and Saturday I did housework and laundry.  Roger and I went to Walmart and had dinner at Culvers, I am so in love with their peanut butter milkshake!  

I went to bed early Saturday and got some extra rest, I just can't get enough sleep right now, I take a nap and it ends up being a 12 or more hour nap! lol.   Sunday,  my coffee group canceled due to illnesses, so I took Kynedy and Kelsie for lunch and coffee, we had a great time and was able to start planning for her graduation party.  I spent the late afternoon having coffee at my mom's and catching up with her. I picked AJ up on the way home so Ali could study for her finals, he was so much fun.

He is not spoiled at all 

   

Grandpa and I bought him some Toy Story yogurt packs, he LOVED them!
