My Little Guy

AJ spent the day with mamaw and pop pop Saturday, while mom and dad had some free time. Then his momma came over for dinner and visited.   This little guy makes my heart so so happy!  He has a huge personality and is so independent, I can't get enough of him!

While working on the house and doing Kynedy's party, I keep running into so many memories.

This is my sister Tracy, her boyfriend, myself, one of my best friends Gwen, my brother Mike and my Dad. And of course two kittens.  I remember this day so well, we were getting ready to leave for Joliet to visit my grandparents. 

This was a sweet sixteen bday card, it has my dad, Tracy and Tonya's signature who have all passed on. I shed a few tears when I found this one.

I LOVE this photo 1977, Donna and myself on a hayride at Lisa Shield's halloween party.  Such GREAT memories!

Monday Came FAST

In April I ordered a Mother's day gift for Ali from AJ.  Of course it was coming from Spain during COVID so it took FOREVER to get here.  It arrived last week and was truly worth the wait, I am in love with it.

Very Quick Week

WOW this week has just flown on by.  Of course I have been very, very busy at work.  Coming back after 3 months working at home to tons of work I can only do in the Library.

Back at Work

Last week and weekend went by so quickly. I have tons of photos on my camera but I have not downloaded them.  Here are a few from my phone. Sweet AJ stayed all night on Thursday, we had such a great time, he is learning so many new words and I love that he can communicate so well.

Donna cut and highlighted my hair Saturday, It was such a  great day, I got to catch up with her and then I spent the rest of the afternoon catching up with my good friend Billi! Sunday we celebrated Father's day and  prepared to return to work.

My HEART is exploding! I have a NURSE!

My daughter is a NURSE!!!  I am so proud of you Ali, you have worked so hard for this, have had many road blocks that you just keep knocking down!  You know we are all proud, you are making a beautiful life for your family!! So sorry you have to wait until next commencement to walk, but we are celebrating your accomplishment right now.  

This is not an easy course and you did it with two jobs at times, taking care of a toddler and holding a household down with lots of help from Ashton.  I am so thankful for him and all he has done to support you,  he is an awesome partner and father.  

Again, my heart is exploding!

Weekend Fun

Ali, Ashton and AJ spent the whole day Saturday.  The guys changed oil in vehicles and Ali and I got to have coffee AT Little Bear!  Then we headed outside for lots of water fun for AJ.

We finished the evening with a cook out, it was a wonderful day. I LOVE making these memories, little Mr. AJ is a riot!
